Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition that affects people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds around the world. It involves two main parts: obsessions and compulsions.
Obsessions: These are unwanted, intrusive thoughts or images that cause significant anxiety or distress. For example, someone might constantly worry about germs or fear that something bad will happen.

Compulsions: These are repetitive behaviors or mental acts that a person feels driven to perform in response to an obsession. For instance, they might wash their hands repeatedly or check if the door is locked multiple times to ease their anxiety. OCD can be challenging, but it's important to know that help is available.
